We have a firm team of 37 people working with Record Industry. Most of them have been working here from day one in 1998 or even before. What's he reason why most of us choose to work at Record Industry for such a long time already? One of the reasons is that a grammophone record is such a nice product to work with. Manufacturing records is a dynamic process, sometimes under a lot of pressure and with many factors you need to take into account. We like to consider it a craft, on which we're very proud of to do!
